At SpeedFit, we help seniors stay strong, steady, and confident so they can continue enjoying the activities they love and maintain their independence.
Since 2013, SpeedFit has supported thousands of Australians with a smarter approach to fitness that prioritises safety, comfort, and results. Our training method utilises EMS, or electronic muscle stimulation, a well-established technology that has been used for decades in Europe for rehabilitation, physiotherapy, and healthy ageing programs.
EMS works by gently activating muscles through controlled electrical impulses, much like the brain naturally signals muscles to move. This allows muscles to work more effectively without placing stress on joints, tendons, or the spine. It is particularly beneficial for seniors who want to improve strength and mobility while avoiding high-impact exercise or heavy weights.
Each SpeedFit session is individually tailored. Whether your goal is to improve balance, strengthen muscles for daily tasks, support joint health, recover from injury, or simply feel more confident moving your body, your trainer will adjust every exercise to suit your abilities and comfort level. Sessions can be very gentle and are progressed only when you are ready.
Training takes place in clean, quiet, private studios, not busy gyms. You train one-on-one with a qualified trainer who guides you through each movement, monitors your comfort, and ensures correct technique throughout the session.
SpeedFit is more than exercise. It is a guided journey that helps you train safely, transform how your body feels and moves, and thrive in everyday life with greater confidence and independence.
