Offer is only available to customers connecting a natural gas service within Western Australia through a supported retailer (AGL, Alinta, Kleenheat, Origin Energy). Offer is valid for one connection per customer, per address. Upon receipt of the first gas bill customers are required to provide their reference, payment or account number (retailer specific) to receive their credit.
Credit is applied by Fast Connect via direct payment onto your gas account and will be paid the Friday following your claim submission. For claims received after 9am Friday (WST), the credit will be paid the following Friday. Eligible customers will be emailed a link to claim their credit within 60 days of their gas connection date. To claim this offer, customers are required to access the claim link and provide their Payment Number (Alinta), Account Number (Kleenheat or Origin), or Reference Number (AGL). An email receipt advising on the claim outcome will be sent to your nominated inbox upon claim processing.
Offer is valid for a period of 12 months from connection date of your gas service, any unclaimed offer(s) after this time are ineligible.
