We provide probate and letters of administration services with regards to deceased estates. When someone passes away, before the executor of their will can distribute assets to the beneficiaries of the will, they need to obtain a grant of probate from the Supreme Court. Where a person passes without a will, the closest surviving next of kin needs to obtain a grant of letters of administration. We provide a low cost service which is significantly less expensive than that offered by solicitors and law firms.
