Access Canberra Service Centres are located in Gungahlin, Belconnen, Dickson, Woden and Tuggeranong and the only transactions that need to be done in person at a Service Centre are registrations that require a photo such as a driver's licence, proof of identity or working with vulnerable people card or to arrange new number plates for new registrations or custom plates. Most other transactions can be done online on the Access Canberra website at [www.act.gov.au/accessCBR](https://www.act.gov.au/accessCBR) or by calling 13 22 81. If you need to attend a Service Centre please remember that customers that need extra support will be prioritised, and that Access Canberra is cashless and process electronic transactions only. Access Canberra Service Centres no longer issue Seniors Cards or stock the Seniors Card Discount Directory.
