1 hour’s 4WD from Kununurra on the Parry’s Creek Road, near the historic Bend of the Lower Ord River and Carlton Crossing is Hairy Dog’s Fishing Camp where the boats depart for your fishing adventure. The camp has a kitchen shelter, verandah dining, screened rooms and bunkhouse and a separate ablution block - all with river views.
Self-contained 4WD travellers are welcome to stay in our campgrounds. Those who travel with their own boats may be able to launch it at our boat ramp or at the public ramp only 3 minutes away. To enjoy the best of outback hospitality, phone before travel.
