Italy Culture Trails is a Melbourne based agency established in 2018 which is part of Italian Villa Vacations (established in 2007) to operate exclusive tours for small groups to explore everything that is special about Italy. We want to give you an insider’s view of its history, art, culture, architecture, food and wine.
For Jane Black and her aunt Jane Finemore, this is a passion project born of Jane B’s love of Italy and Jane F’s love of art and history. Their dream is to provide holiday experiences that will be remembered for a lifetime.
Jane Black is the Director of Italian Villa Vacations(Italianvillavacations.com.au), a successful agency established in 2007. She fell in love with Italy when she lived there as a teenager with a wonderful Italian family. She attended school, learnt the language and found her passion.
Wearing her IVV hat, Jane is proud to work under the wing of her beautiful Italian mamma (Luisa) who is the founder of an extraordinary business which holds a network of carefully selected apartments, castles cottages and villas available for lease.
Jane Finemore has visited Italy often and has studied its art and history over many years. She runs a literary consultancy and programs the Queenscliffe Literary Festival. She leapt at the opportunity to partner with Jane B in this exciting venture.
