Here at City North Physiotherapy Clinic we deal with a wide range of musculoskeletal problems with hands on treatment which includes joint mobilising, manipulation, stretching, massage and exercises to strengthen and mobilise your muscles and joints.
We recognise the importance of exercise for injury prevention and necessary to keep us fit and strong. We run a number of Pilates classes and Older Adults Exercise classes. These are aimed at the needs of the older adult. They involve a combination of aerobic exercise, strengthening for all parts of your body, balance exercises, core strengthening and postural correction.
